1 out of 5 starsBe careful. The light was not as per the picture. Well it was, but smaller and dented and bashed as sent in a flimsy box. The owner was hard to contact and takes a long time to answer but has finally issued me a refund for an item that had everything wrong with it, including the length of cord I specified. All I would say is, had they offered to fix the bashed light and re make, I would have accepted it as the idea is unique and pretty, but the damaged item and the lack of initial help on this matter from the seller was poor, but we got there in the end. Thank you for the refund and for the postage refund. even though it was quite an unpleasant and time consuming experience.

Purtroppo ci si imbatte anche in CATTIVI ACQUIRENTI ed è giusto che vengano segnalati anche questi!Fin da subito abbiamo mostrato la nostra disponibilità verso la cliente rispondendo ai suoi innumerevoli messaggi,assecondando i suoi repentini cambi di idee e chiarendole che la produzione di altri oggetti era ferma. La stessa,ricevuto l'articolo speditole GRATUITAMENTE,notato che non rispodeva alle sue esigenze ha inviato numerosi messaggi di protesta, relative OFFESE e altro.. nonostante la nostra pronta disponibilità al rimborso. In più, nonostante fosse ben chiaro che le spese di restituzione siano a carico dell'acquirente, ci siamo offerti di accollarcele totalmete per ovviare ai disagi arrecatole. La stessa ci ringrazia lasciando una stella!!! E'stata un'esperienza sgradevole anche per noi!
